Can I send email from After provisioning rule in IdentityNow?
IF yes, could someone provide me some of the examples?

We have an OOTB email template to send mail upon account creation “New Account Provisioned”. You can use this email template.
If you still want to send through rule flow, it can be done through powershell script called in After create/modify rule.
