Failed Email Delivery Notifications Generated

Hello,

I’ve recently become aware that IdentityNow is attempting to send me emails directly from Email Templates when the email should be sent to the department. Both dev and production environments are attempting to send me messages. Is this an issue with the email template?

My email is [email protected] and I have an alias for [email protected]. These messages are still not landing in my mailbox, and after a message trace you can see that Sailpoint is not attempting to send the emails through exchange.

Do you still have the same problem ?

I receive an email notification to the department mailbox every single morning around 8am and every single time I test the “send email” button inside of the templates.


I see in your screenshot an email for Subscription. Can you check if you have a subscriptions for : policy or save search report ?

all subscriptions have been disabled, but one. Looks like it is the saved query! I just need to figure out how to delete it
