I’ve recently become aware that IdentityNow is attempting to send me emails directly from Email Templates when the email should be sent to the department. Both dev and production environments are attempting to send me messages. Is this an issue with the email template?
My email is [email protected] and I have an alias for [email protected]. These messages are still not landing in my mailbox, and after a message trace you can see that Sailpoint is not attempting to send the emails through exchange.
I receive an email notification to the department mailbox every single morning around 8am and every single time I test the “send email” button inside of the templates.
