DUO Account Provisioning from SailPoint - Trigger Activation link to Phone no. of end user

Hi Team,

We are able to create user accounts in DUO application from SailPoint via Create Account Profile. However, the user accounts that are created in DUO are standing as “Inactive Users”.

For the users to activate their accounts, they need to register via the link received to their phone no. However, the links are not getting triggered to the end users mobile automatically(The duo app admin is forced to do this manually).

Now, we want to send the link to the users phone no. the moment SailPoint has created the account in DUO so that the end user could instantly activate his account.

I don’t believe there’s a way for SailPoint to send an activation, and the Duo API may not allow for it to be done through workflows, but my understanding is there’s an option in the Duo admin panel to send activations to everyone that is in an inactive status. You could also utilize the API clients Duo provides to write a script to send activations to new users.
