Hi All
I managed to create policyviolation objects and workitems for some uncorrelated users.
What’s the recommended approach to get rid of these? I could approve the workitems then delete the policyviolation objects.

Thanks.
Pasha

Hi @pasha ,

Recommended approach is to have the work item(approval or policyviolation type) to approved/revoked based on your decision. But, if these are in a non-prod environment, you can also delete the respective workflowcase from debug, which ensures the linked workitems are deleted.

hi Uday
I don’t see any workflow cases for the policy violations. I ended up allowing the SOD which got rid of the workitems and then deleted the policyviolation objects through debug. Hope I didn’t screw anything up.

You need to delete 3 objects

  1. Policy
  2. Policy Violation
  3. Workitems

Hi @pasha ,

If you took action on the violation, then it automatically closes the workflowcase and its associated work items. It shouldn’t screw up anything.

Uday
