Customize targeted Certification name for RapidSetup Mover

Currently RS mover targeted certifications are named:
<entry key="certificationNameTemplate" value="RapidSetup Mover Targeted Certification [${fullDate}]"/>

Any way to add the IdentityName? I see you can add the certifier name and adjust the date format, but I have not been able to get the targetEntityFullname to display in any way.
It seems to work for shortName but not the cert name.
<entry key="shortNameTemplate" value="Targeted Access Review [${fullDate}] for Identity [$targetEntityFullname]"/>
