Training essentials - Define and Test Mover Lifecycle Event

Dear Community,

Currently I’m doing the training essentias, and now im in the excercise #4.3 - Define and Test Mover Lifecycle Event

I follow up all the steps but i cannot see the certification.

Please read below

5.

nothing show - not RapideSetup mover targeted certification

Do you see the Mover workflow getting called? From the configuration side, everything looks good. Is the Rapid Setup LCE enabled?

Hi @fugitiva,

Couple of things I have noticed with your configuration,

  • In Step 2, you are enabling Joiner Processing, but the option you enabled is under Joiner tab. You will be able to find Joiner Processing under Mover tab as well and you have to enable that. Note : This is not the reason certification is not getting triggered.

  • In Step 3, when you configured trigger, the condition you are checking is when the
Job Title will be equal to Changed OR Region equal to Changed. That condition will never be satisfied unless and until you have Job Title or Region with value changed. It should be something like below, where if Job Title or Region is changed then Condition is satisfied.

As per my understanding the Certification is triggered during an ‘Identity Refresh’-task with option ‘Process events’ enabled.

After making the change Jarin suggested, can you run the OutOfTheBox task: Refresh Identity Cube

@Remold this option is enable

@sunnyajmera thank you for your answer, where i found those two:

  1. Do you see the Mover workflow getting called? → Where I see that?
  2. the Rapid Setup LCE enabled? → Where i check that?
    Thanks in advance

@Jarin_James thank you for your answer
. step 2 it is enable

I dont understand this answer, could you please elaborate more here. I follow up the exercise instruction, share an example and then I can try

i get the step 3 just adjust but still not working, by the way good catch
now

before

i did run the refresh identiy, and process event is enable

but nothing happens

logs

The error you see is unrelated. This is related to the Roles and entitlements, where one or some roles have an entitlement which does not exist.

I agree with @Remold . If I remember correctly @Remold already suggested a resolution to resolve this error in a different post. Adding the post here - Bundle Profile Relation Service Synchronizer error - IdentityIQ (IIQ) / IIQ Discussion and Questions - SailPoint Developer Community Forum

To test the Mover Certification, I would suggest changing the Job Title for one of the user via aggregation, and then Refresh the identity

Did you specify any Rapid Setup Birthright roles?

And also did you create roles of the same type ?

And is there 1 of the rapidSetupBrthright roles with an assignment rule: Region=Europe

When change to identity from/to Region Europe should assign/remove the role to/from the identity.

(Not sure if this is needed for a certification, but it can also show if the mover is working or not).

Try enabling the workflow logging and check if you see any task result to start with.
Check in the Life cycle event - if Rapid Mover is enabled or not.

It solve what i did I run the task: " Refresh Role-Entitlement Associations" which push the entitlement need to approve, then after approve the rapidsetup certifications shows
