Customize IDN reminder and Escalations

Hi All,

Can we customize the IdentityNow global reminder and escalation policies:-

Example Use Cases:-

  • Skip the 2nd level approval (Manager’s Manager)
  • If the approval is an Executive, then redirect to someone else dynamically?
  • is there a way to test reminder and escalations without waiting for multiple days? Similar to time machine in IIQ?
  • Allow auto-approval if an Approval Governance group member is raising the request? Ex: if John is raising request for Access profile A, and John is part of the approval governance group, Approval goes to his manager.

Hi Arjun,

I’m not seeing any way to satisfy your use cases. The global reminder and escalation policies are much more high level. I suggest submitting an idea and sharing the idea here to get more upvotes.
