Hi,
I’m trying to send email to user’s manager when the user’s lifecyclestate turns inactive.
I know we have a default email template : “Life Cycle State Change” . But i here i’m trying to customize to have notification only when user goes to inactive LCS.
I tried created a notification template, But I can see that in UI, where i can see when I use API call to list notification templates.
Can someone share me the guide / steps to create a customized templated and to enable the notification.
