Adding a 'CC' in lifecycle state change email template

Hi All,

We have a requirement to send emails to the user for whom lifecycle state change has occurred along with the user’s manager. Is there a possibility to do so in IDN? If yes, how can it be done?

I don’t think email templates allow to CC the notifications. However, this can be done via Workflows, if you have access to it. You can set up a workflow to activate when the lifecycle state attribute on an identity changes and then send an email to the identity and their manager.
