We are using WebService Connector for an Application.
The application is access request based.
Entitlements are Requestable.
The requirement is to create a manual workitem and assign it to a Workgroup post approval and provisioning. Active period for workitem is 15 days. Send Initial notification, 4 reminder notifications in between and expire the workitem on 16th day.
Can you please let me know how can we achieve this.
