Create Account Failed - Active Directory sources with Timeout error even though Timeout value is increased

I see this below error on the user events for AD creation then I see few create failed events even though account is created in AD. and increased healthchecktimeOut to 180

[“sailpoint.connector.ConnectorException: java.lang.InterruptedException: Timeout waiting for response to message 1122 from client fb58de29-a80e-4170-83d8-2e45aa3744c9 after 60 seconds.”]

If anyone encountered this issue and resolved? could you, please suggest the solution here. TIA

Try adding/increasing “provisioningTimeout” under “connectorAttributes” on source json.

You need to increase the provisioningTimeout since the error is during provisioning.

Did the increased timeout fixed the issue?

No, it didn’t solve the issue for me.

Did the test connection work all the time when you test multiple times?

Is this failing for all users or failing sometimes with only some account creation ?
