Azure AD Create Account

Hi All,

I’m trying to provision create account to Azure AD source. But I see provisioning getting incomplete with following error, however I do see account got successfully created in target app : Azure AD. I also referred the CCG logs and I see the provisioning status as committed.

This appears to be a response timeout. I would increase you timeout setting to 120 seconds and see if that addresses it.

I would also aggregate the Azure source so that the cube gets updated and you don’t keep sending create calls to Azure.

We had faced this issue as well.
Increasing the provisioning timeout for the AD source fixed the job for us.

Thanks, I tried increasing the provisioning timeout and it worked.
