Correlated accounts not appearing in accounts page

I am observing a wierd behaviour on the Accounts page. The source has 467 accounts. Aggregation scans all of them. However on the Accounts page, I am able to see only 7 accounts as correlated. The Test correlation shows 347 correlated accounts. Source certification also considers just 7 accounts.

I tried resetting the accounts and aggregating again but no success.

Anyone has any idea why this is happening and possible solution? Its a Webservices connector

@nileshnikalje can you run an unoptimized aggregation once.Also are you using any correlation rule for this?

I have seen this behavior, unoptimized aggregation didn’t work, so did a source reset and aggregated back, then it worked.

To add to @KRM71’s suggestion, you can use this endpoint to remove all the accounts and try aggregating again, unoptimized might help:

I did the accounts reset, deleted the correlation rule and added it back again and it worked :slight_smile:
