Clarification on Event Triggers

Hi All,

I have a few questions regarding event triggers and would appreciate any clarification you can provide.

  1. Some of the triggers listed in the SailPoint documentation below do not appear to be available in our tenant. I have checked both via the UI and the API. For example, idn:account-correlated is not available.

Is there a reason why certain triggers are not visible in our tenant? Do we need to raise a support ticket to have them enabled?

  1. In our tenant, I can see the trigger idn:account-created; however, it does not appear in the list of available event triggers in the documentation referenced above.

Could you please clarify why this trigger is available in our environment but not documented?

  1. I have been testing the idn:account-created trigger and noticed that, for two different accounts, the payload contains:
  • "origin": "AGGREGATED" for one account
  • "origin": null for the other

However, both payloads contain:

"correlated": true,
"event": {
  "cause": "AGGREGATION",
  "type": "ACCOUNT_CREATED"
}

Could you please explain the purpose of the origin attribute and what information it is intended to convey? I’m trying to understand why one account has a value of "AGGREGATED" while the other has null, even though both appear to have been created through the same aggregation process.
