Has there been a change to how SailPoint is handling the Access Recommendations? I noticed in our Sandbox environment (and verified it is in Prod as well) that the option to disable these recommendations are gone from the UI, and also that when campaigns are created via the UI (at least in Sandbox) that the recommendationsEnabled variable now defaults to true. The documentation for the Create Campaign API (for all versions) still states that the default value is false.
Is there any documentation stating why this change was made?
EDIT: For clarification, I do mean the Certification recommendations. My tenant does have Recommendations, and they are enabled for Certifications. When creating a Certification Campaign through the UI, there used to be an option on the right hand side to opt in or out of Recommendations for that Campaign, that option is gone now. The API documentation for Campaigns states the the default value for recommendationsEndabled is false, but now shows true on any campaign created through the UI.
