Created certification campaign but status going to complete. If we download report it is coming as empty. Kindly help on this
If there are no certification item to review the certification will be automatically be generated as Complete status.

Certifications go complete if there is nothing to certify. You may be selecting items but if the identities don’t have the access being certified it will instantly complete.

Definitely the Identities your are targeting to certify does not have any access to review and in result it is directly getting completed, please avoid considering birthright roles / AP for the identities for certification.
Make sure the identity have some access to certify. Also not sure which type of certification you are trying (Source Owner / Manager / Search based)
Hey @shaffusailpoint,
This usually happens if you are trying to setup campaign for a user who had their access provisioned via Access Profile and the actual campaign is being setup on the entitlements listed within the said access profile.
Can you confirm if this is what you’re encountering because I have encountered this previously and understood that I had to setup access profile based campaigns.
