Hi all,
We are attempting to use the reassign-async endpoint for bulk reassignments. We also are polling the task status at the certification-tasks endpoint every certain amount of time to determine if the task is complete. We notice that during system load, such as refresh, the task will always return with an error, yet it still eventually processes.
This is causing our script to not be able to determine for certain if a reassignment occurred or not.
Has anyone implemented a workaround solution outside of just not running bulk reassignments during a refresh?
