Anyone seeing a performance / response time degradation of the v3 and v2024 “reassign-identity-certifications” API today?
(Additional info: Certification campaign contains 35,000+ certification items)
Each call to the API contains no more than 50 items for reassignment.
Even reassignment via the GUI has the same similar slow response behaviour today.
This is happening in both sandbox and prod tenants.
In addition to the slowness, we are seeing “400.2.0.1 Object locked” errors from some of the reassignment calls.

I recently run the request using the production baseAPI (http://api.identitynow.com/v2024) and had 200 response. Please do let me know if you’re still having issues? If so what’s your time response?
