Hi Team,
When starting to onboard a source from development environment into the development environment of IdentityNow, many accounts on this source are usually not matching (and should thus not be correlated) with identities in IdentityNow-dev. Usually only a couple of accounts in the source would match with an identity during initial onboarding. So it is nice to see these 1~5 correlated accounts at the top of the list when going to admin → connections → sources → specific source → accounts.
Until recently, we were able to see the correlated accounts first and the uncorrelated accounts afterwards. But since the latest release: https://community.sailpoint.com/t5/SaaS-Release-Notes/tkb-p/saas-release-notes?env=production&date=2023-08-07, we are not able to get these correlated accounts at the top of the list.
Right now these correlated accounts might be hidden on let’s say page 4 and it is not directly visible which accounts (if any) have been correctly correlated.
Although this new functionality of sorting is nice to have, I don’t think it should come at the expense of the former functionality.
Was this functionality removed on purpose, or did this happen unintentionally?
