[IdentityNow] - Uncorrelated Accounts Error

Hi guys,

I have a correlation problem in a Web Services source. The account is appearing as “Uncorrelated Account”, but if I use the /v3/accounts endpoint and look for this same account, the “identity” appears incorrectly filled in in the response. Have you ever had this case? How did they resolve it?

Have you tried running the unoptimized aggregation on that source?
