Can form be launched by specific users?

Hi, as I understand forms can be lunched from mySailpoint by org admins. Is there some way to allow some specific identities to launch from this home screen also?

We have a delimited text source, that we use as an authoritative source with some external system using API to CRUD identities. It would be very helpful if some it team can use form to create new identities (without being org admins).

No Only Org Admins are able to launch the form.

We are exporting the form to ServiceNow to get around this limitation.

Although not very user friendly, you can:

  1. Set up a governance group for your source. Add the non-org admins to the governance group.
  2. Set the user level of the non-org admins as “Source Sub-Admin”.

These designated users should be able to get to sources, download the csv, edit it, and then re-upload the csv. If you have an identity profile associated, it should create the identity.
