Bypass Access request approval

Hi,

I am facing the issue when I try to bypass approval for specific access requests. Following document step are followed Implementing A Request Response Type Trigger in Workflows - Blog / Blog Posts - SailPoint Developer Community Forum . Access request is not passing the approval but on account activity I can see Request access approved message.

Hi Harish. The access request submitted even trigger referenced in that blog doesn’t allow you to bypass access request approvals. It actually adds an approval to the approval chain. It’s useful if you want to automatically deny certain access request before they go to a human approver. If the automation passes the access request, then it will go to the next approver in the chain. It won’t bypass anyone.
