BambooHR custom attribute

Hi All,
Is it possible to include a personalized attribute into the HR source (BambooHR) and transfer the corresponding value to the IdentityNow Identity cube? The situation is that my client introduced a custom attribute. While the attribute is visible within the Identity cube, the value from BambooHR doesn’t appear to be displaying.

Follow the below troubleshooting steps

  1. Check if the personalized attribute is added in the Account Schema of the HR Source

    Admin → Connections → Sources → BambooHR → Import Data → Account Schema

  2. If the attribute is not present add it and save the Account Schema

  3. Now go to the HR Identity Profile and check if the personalized attribute is added in the Mappings

    Admin → Identities → Identity Profile → {Your HR Identity Profile} → Mappings

  4. Try to preview and see if the value is now populated to the identity

Thanks for responding…We have those settings setup already, yet the value is empty. Do we know what API IdentityNow is using for BambooHR?

bumping this as we are unable to pull the custom attribute through the connector
