From past 3 months we have occasionally seen command timeout issues on Atlassian Suite - SaaS connector during account creation and update. We have opened multiple cases with support however we haven’t found a resolution yet. We have also tried increasing the provisioning timeout as support suggested but didn’t resolved the issue. We are observing this issue especially when there is a medium load on the system, particularly when 5 or more requests are sent within the same minute.
Has anyone observe these types of issue with SaaS connector ? I would greatly appreciate if you could share idea on how you have resolved these situation.
