Atlassian Data Center- accounts aggregation not working

Hi team,

Am using the Atlassian Data Center connector to integrate the Jira data center app.

Test connection is working without the :8443/Atlassian unlike given in the documentation.

But the accounts aggregation is not working as expected.

Below are my queries

  1. Should we use the base url as suggested in document along with port?

  2. Is the SFTP configuration is mandatory to pull the user information.

Please suggest whoever has worked on this connector.

Hi @nandiniks ,

We are also facing the similar issue. We have used the baseurl:443/atlassian as the connection URL. Testing connection is working but no accounts are getting aggregated. Can you please let us know if this issue is resolved for you? Also, is entitlement aggregation working for you?
