We are experiencing an issue with the Atlassian Data Center connector where account aggregation is not returning any accounts.
The following troubleshooting steps have been attempted:
SFTP Method – As per the documentation, we configured aggregation via SFTP. The aggregation process completed successfully, but no accounts were retrieved.
Direct REST Method – Since the documentation states that SFTP is only required for Jira 10.x, we also attempted aggregation without SFTP. This method also completed without errors but returned no accounts.
Proxy Configuration – Updated the proxy.yaml file in the Virtual Appliances to allow outbound access to the Jira host. Despite this change, aggregation still returns zero accounts.
At this stage, the connector test connection is working, but the account listing step does not retrieve any records. Please advise if there are additional configuration steps or Jira-side permissions required to successfully pull account data.
