We are currently experiencing an issue with the Approval tab for a few reviewers, where they are receiving the below errors.
I also have a quick question related to roles and entitlements. We have two roles:
An auto‑assigned role
A requestable role
Both roles contain two entitlements, and one entitlement is common to both roles.
A user requested the requestable role, but based on their attributes, they had the auto‑assigned role already and which includes the same common entitlement.
Is it possible that this entitlement overlap could cause the reviewers to see the error mentioned below?
