Entitlement linked to the role was not granted

Hello,

I created a role adding to it the entitlement. I defined the assignment criteria. After applying changes role is visible in Identity access but entitlement isn’t. What might be the cause? Thank you for all answers!

Ideally post defining the roles assignment criteria with apply changes. ISC should provision the required roles and entitlements.

I would like to know if you see any specific entitlements which are missing or whether it’s the complete set of entitlements from the role.

Thank you for your response. I added one entitlement to the role and users, which have testBMLrole do not have below entitlement.

Ideally ISC should assign the embedded entitlements within the roles. Could you again try running the Apply Changes.

So, whenever we hit Apply changes ISC by for anything by default ISC start evaluating it for roles, access profiles, or applications automatically processes all three.

I just validated the same and it’s working fine for me.

Thank you for your help. The problem was that it will not work for ‘old’ identities in test env. It works for newly created. In production this feature will work for every identity. Thank you and have a nice day!
