Approval for deleting server accounts and service accounts

Good morning,

I’m new to creating workflows, and I wanted to know how I could create an approval flow for deleting non-employee accounts?

In the environment I have a source called “server accounts” and I want to implement an approval flow to determine whether the account can be deleted or not.

Hi @kaiolima, You can leverage the forms functionality to build the approval flow and send the form to reviewer and do the operations based on the decisions taken on form.

Hello, I checked the functionality of the forms here. I need to have the license that releases access history, right? Because I don’t have this plus license.
