is there a way to remove accounts from a source? I don´t want to make the removal through lifecycle state approach as in this case the request to remove the account is not related to a leavers process ( I have the leavers process configured to disable the account ). But beyond that, the Application Owner wants some how be able to remove an account according to the application/business need.
Is there a way to do that?

As long as the connector support account deletion operation. There are various entry point to initiate account deletion:
- Manage Account
- Batch Request
- Custom workflow (or Rule)
