Active Directory Account Deletion based on Approval Cycle

We have a requirement to disable Active Directory for terminated users and after X days trigger an approval cycle to the AD account to perform the action only on the approved accounts.
For the disabling and deletion actions we are managing them using LifeCycle States and before Provisioning Rules.
Any Ideas regarding the Approval Cycle and how to delete only approved accounts?

Hi Ahmed,
Thank you for the post. This can be acheieved but will require custom Powershell scripts to be written. You can have a workflow which will be scheduled and then raise a request based on the attribute which will calculate if request needs to be raised but it will be really tricky to handle this in IdentityNow
