Any way to hide identity from certain application showing in identity warehouse page?

The identity warehouse contains all identities whether they are correlated or non-correlated. The warehouse it for administrators only.

Normal users/managers don’t have access to the identity warehouse, they see the identities using QuickLinks like ‘Manage Access’ or ‘Manager Identities’. Here the users will see what the need to see and if needed you can do your filtering here as well (Using Gear->General Settings->QuickLink Populations).

Hiding identities from the identity warehouse is not possible and there is normally no need to do this.
