We have requirement where we want to hide certain Active identities on Manage User Access page for access request so that user can’t request access for the specified identity.
Can anyone suggest is there any way to achieve this?
You can try to create a new “Quicklink Populations” and add a filter to “Who can members request for?” and enable the “Manage User Access” Quicklink for this Quicklink population.
I have done something like below. Based on requirement if it should be applies for “Everyone”, then navigate quicklink population and go to “Everyone” and update your logic like below example
In this case I have used custom criteria, you can use filter rule as well it depends upon your requirements.
Hi @Reshma_sonawane ,
You can modify each and every quicklink populations by adding a filter to “Who can members request for? And if it is for a specific user type or some user meeting certain conditions you can create a quicklink population for those users as well and have good control over what can be requested from Manage access page by uplifting entitlement and role filter rule within the quicklink configurations.
Thank you for your response. We have created some container identities to hold the uncorrelated accounts. We want to hide these identities from Manage Access - page. That means nobody should be able to submit any access requests for those identities. Wanted to check best possible option to do so. We will evaluate the each response and will post here if needed.
