Hi Community;
My customer wants to hide (not display) in the accounts menu within Identity Warehouse, the Success Factors application accounts of those users who are correlated to identities in IIQ. All other accounts that correlate with identities and are from other integrated applications (other than SSFF) should continue to be displayed.
Is it possible to make some type of configuration to hide the accounts of this specific connector (SSFF) from this view?
It is possible to achieve this but itâs pretty complex task - you can use a plugin developed by Sailpoint. It is called âSailpoint Velocity Filterâ. This plugin basicaly filters responses returned to the GUI by the REST api which is called under the hood but to get the plugin I believe you need to contact Sailpoint Team.
The Identity Warehouse is basically created for the Administrators / Authorisation Managers.
End users (like line managers) should not have access to the Identity Warehouse. They have access to the information via the Quick Links (hamburger menu options) and Widgets.
I can imagine you want to hide accounts from the âManage Accountsâ-QuickLink. As already mentioned this is not possible OOTB.
