AND condition between the certification Campaign Filter

Hello,

I am trying to create a campaign filter with adding a filter to do certification for selected sources and within those sources, i would like to exclude certain entitlements to not be a part of certification.
In the Filter Builders results are filtered based on any match to any filter which means it is a OR condition between the filters. Is there a way we can put ADD conditions between the same.

try creating filter using this api create-campaign-filter | SailPoint Developer Community and select type as composite.
The COMPOSITE filter can contain multiple filters in an AND/OR relationship
