All emails are not sending

Hi people. I am having problem with a production tenant, which is not sending any notification (even invite notifications). Is some way to test or recongigure settings? Sandbox emails are working. Checked on spam also, but no email is received for any user.

Please check the recent events “Send Email Passed/Failed” from Search, you may be able to get more info if it failed for any reason.

Also, make sure in Email Config screen they are not getting redirected to a particular email and is set to send email to Intended Recipients.

Strange, no send email events on search. Checked that emails are not redirected to a particular email also.

Please open a support ticket with Sailpoint for further troubleshooting.

Thanks Sharvari, I think I will do, because althoug not much used, notifications were working some time ago

Hi Julian,
Have you change the from sender address ? We had faced similar issue where in we had changed the sender and email where not sent.
