All Direct Connection Sources Failed

Continuing the discussion from Failed connections for many sources - VA:

Everything was working fine , and all the direct connected sources started to fail ? Client said there are no changes made to infrastructure. Getting timeout error : changed the time out to max time , but still all the sources are failing to connect . VA is connected and communicating .

Any leads ?

I’m pretty sure isa communication/network problem but i could a sp configuration problem(low probability).

what you can do, is check test network status.
You say, Sp to VA is ok. So, try to make some test from VA to target system; for example telnet connection, connect to AD with ldapadmin and check the connection to an external target, if exist a target out of the customer network.
Usually, I dont belive to customer when says “we didint any changes”, the only thing is verify if it is truth.
