Aggregation issue

Hi I am working on Web Services Connection and found that aggregation some accounts got deleted but when I see the total counts the counts is same. Can any one tell why Aggregation API showing me some deleted and wants to know what is the meaning on unchanged account

Hi Faizan,

Check in Account Delete Threshold, “Disable Account Deletion” is enabled.

Sometimes I see the count at the top of the Accounts tab aren’t in sync with the results of the latest aggregation and they update after refreshing the screen.

Now, regarding your question, “Unchanged accounts” are the ones that didn’t have any changes in the downstream source since your last aggregation.

From your screenshot above, I would say you synced 110 accounts, out of which 69 didn’t have any changes, 3 were deleted and 38 had some changes to their data, such as email, role, name, etc (38 = 110 - 69 - 3).

Hi Elisa,
After the aggregation got completed what we found that there is no change in the number of account but aggregation saying that your source 3 accounts has been deleted.

click the checkbox “Disable Account Deletion”. The accounts will not be deleted.
