Add email cc recipient via Workflow send email action

Is there a way we can add cc recipient in Email being send from Workflow Send Email Action ?

Good morning @cgurung ,

At this time, we do not have any specific cc functionality. However, additional recipients can be included in the “To:” portion (up to 10 total addresses can be provided in the Send Email action).

Can I add one static email and another dynamic using JSON path expression in send Email Action ?

Hello @cgurung ,

I checked with the Workflows team, and they told me that having both a static email AND a dynamic email is currently not supported.

They suggested that you submit an idea here: https://ideas.sailpoint.com/ideas/

You can mention that you would like to see either the ability mix them in “to” field or add an actual cc field.
