Active Directory account aggregation error: number of retries exceeded

I’m getting this error when im trying to account aggregation with AAD and SailPoint IDN
Exception occurred in Iterate Objects. Error message - sailpoint.connector.ConnectorException: Exception occurred in processReadRequest. Error - Exception occurred while trying to receive data from Server. Number of retries exceeded.Insufficient privileges to complete the operation.

Please verify the service account used for aggregation has all the required permissions.
