We have been seeing the following error for task Aggregate Account - Active Directory Staff - Full
Exception during aggregation. Reason: java.lang.RuntimeException: [ERROR 1] java.lang.RuntimeException: sailpoint.connector.ConnectorException: [ ConnectorException ] [ Error details ] [ ConnectorException ] [ Error details ] [LDAP: error code 3 - 00000057: LdapErr: DSID-0C090D19, comment: Error processing control, data 0, v4f7c]
Deleted accounts were not processed due to errors during aggregation.
This task has been executing successfully till last week. Since Friday, 13th September 2024 evening, it has been failing with the above error.
I have searched Compass and haven’t found the exact error. Has anyone else experienced this error, and found a fix for it? Any assistance would be great.
@KaranGulati025 Can you try with "“Disable optimization of unchanged accounts” ?
also, pls enable the logs : log4j.logger.sailpoint.api.Aggregator=debug
