Accounts not not getting scanned, even the aggregation is successfull

Hi All,

As I’m new to IDAM, I’m facing a issue wherein, the accounts are not getting scanned via service account that runs through File upload utility [version 3.0.0] everyday morning, even though the aggregation is success. E.g Account scanned is 0
If I download the csv file and manually Import it back, then the accounts get scanned successfully.
Could you guys please help.
