Account Expires Attribute sync repeating(rehired/rescinded users)

Daily after the aggregation we are able to see the events log for few users were updating two attributes :- U_Last_Day_Of_Work, U_Termination_Date we are able to see few attributes value differently updated in ServiceNow from IDN and it is triggering daily with two attributes above ServiceNow - Standard source is repeatedly updating some users 1-2 times daily. The following attributes appear to be the ones for several users. u_last_day_of_work u_termination_date The events appear to say the previous value is null, but SN is showing a value (or vice versa). For example, I checked the first 3 users and found active worker, but SN still has the above attributes set. IDN/SN should set the dates to null.

When the events say previous values as “null”, does that mean the attribute values for U_Last_Day_Of_Work, U_Termination_Date is “null” in sailpoint?In this case, on the attribute sync ServiceNOW is not accepting null value. So, you need to work with SNOW team to understand what SNOW need to pass instead of null value.
