Account Aggregation failing with Authentication Attempt Failed error

Hi All,

We are running Account Aggregation for one of the source application but we are seeing the below error:

openconnector.ConnectorException: { “error”: “Authentication Attempt Failed” }

Please help us in knowing what could be the issue for the same and how to get it fixed.

Please check if your connection is successful first for the connector and try again.
looks like there seems to be some authentication issue as per logs.Which connector you are using

Increase the timeout for both Aggregation and test connection.

Are you using webservice connector? If yes what is the authentication type are you using?

What is connector type for your source ? It is possible to share logs ?

My guess is that, in a lot of cases, the token could be NULL.

Hey @schattopadhy, The test connection was successful. However, the authentication was not in place. Now things works. Thank you.
