Test Account Correlation Fail web services

Hi developers

I’m configuring a web services connector to provision accounts using an API, I’ve configured an aggregation operation to the endpoint that queries the universe of accounts and I’ve also configured the schema and account correlation, however when I run an account correlation test it returns the following message:

Details:
There was an error testing the configuration. Please try again or contact your administrator.
ACCOUNT_LISTING : There was an internal error fetching your accounts. There are no accounts available on this source. If the problem persists, contact SailPoint support.

An account aggregation was also run which finishes correctly but scans zero accounts.

Any ideas on what could be happening?

Hey,

To better understanding of your problem, could you provide snapshots or more information on your schema, correlation config and Account Aggregation operation that you configured?

Can you validate if you have correct endpoint configured and the endpoint returns records when you call it from postman.
