We are experiencing a scenario where a role request is skipping approvals(manager, role owner) if it has been requested a few mins back and it failed on the first request.
Is it because, IIQ has the first approval still in cache when the request is being requested the second time?

Hi @rishavghoshacc,
the only case in which this can happen is if you retry the same request but if you create a new request, IIQ requires another approval.
Maybe is a bug, which version have you installed?
@enistriminsait We are using IIQ 8.3p3
Would you be able to share the log for the former and the latter access request?
