A role owner can request role access for other users, which I have already configured through Quicklink. I now need to set it up so that when a role owner submits a request, the approval step is automatically skipped. Could you please guide me on how to achieve this?

Please make the updates in approval assignment rule , for your condition, where if the launcher is also the owner of the role approver, skip it or send it one up owner manager.

I think you can “LCM Provisioning” or similar workflow such a way that if requester is same as owner, then owner approval is skipped

@Mandar45 If you are already using OOTB, and have owner in the approvalScheme, then it should automatically skip the approvals whenever owner is the requestor and approver. It should not require any further customizations. Please try and in case it is not working, share your LCM workflow and approval subprocess workflow.
