Hi Can anybody tell that how to restrict some user who is inactive or terminated from coming in the list of requestable user in access requests.
If some user is inactive it should not be visible in the list of users for whom someone can raise a access request i.e. in first step of selecting user of creating a new access request
This can be controlled from Global Settings → Quicklink Population, under “Who can members request for?”. You may have to do it for multiple populations available for you on this page. This setting I believe does not apply to system admins so you may want to test with end users after you update it.
how can we restrict for users whose inactive attribute is set to true or are terminated, reason i am asking because i am seeing the user who are in terminated state coming in the list of users for whom i can raise a request.
You can try to select Specific Users and use “Match custom criteria” to add a filter like inactive == false or something specific for your environment
Hi @Amsingh1 , I don’t see the direct option.
You can see the following options by referring to these discussions.
