Hi,

We wanted to configure approval process for managing entitlements like any update in entitlement details should be sent for approval.

Is there any posible way to achieve this through any kind of customization?

I would recommend you to create a workflow to achieve this.You can configure a workflow to create a certification campaign or access requests…via the workflow and that will be triggered whenever the entitlement attributes values changes…something like that.

@VasanthRam we need to configure apprvoal process so that post approval entitlement update can be done and using certification approval would be after changes are done in entitlements.

For a minute, I thought may be you are asking question in IIQ not in IDN.

If it is really in IDN,

I don’t think it is possible. We don’t have any such features (yet).

You cannot achieve this using Workflow even as we don’t have any triggers to support this.

We have certification campaigns only to certify identities not the access objects.
