Hello. Upgraded to 8.3 p2 recently. Since upgrading, changing the owner of an entitlement is launching an approval work item. Previously, it did not require an approval. Where is the setting to remove that approval?

Open the workflow, you can skip the approval step by directly going to Start Provisioning process

Search for the variables : approver and fallbackApprover and leave it empty.

that way you cancel the approval of Entitlement changes.
